Shoe Shopping...

Since Jenni and I were in need of some new shoes we packed up the kids and went shoe shopping.  Anyway, we didn't make it to the mall to look for shoes.  Instead, we found a Toyota dealership that was having a big sale.  We had been talking about getting a new car and were debating between the Honda Odyssey and the Toyota Sienna.  Long story short, we found our new van - a 2006 Toyota Sienna.  It is a pretty big upgrade from our 1996 Caravan (which they gave us $500 for a trade in).

  

The boys love it.  Jenni loves it.  Max doesn't know it is any different.  It has some really good safety features (we bought the LE but with some extra options like skid control).  It was an interesting day and it was fun to argue with sales people :P.

So... we still have to find time to buy new shoes.

Chitty Chitty Bang Bang

I guess it has been a while since the last post and I have had some complains.  Some of you have asked about the elevator - I haven't taken the stairs since March 1st.  Things have been busy and motivation is somewhat lacking.  Also, I now own my own Netflix queue (a story for another time).

The motivation behind this post is, as the title states, "Chitty Chitty Bang Bang".  I didn't remember a lot of the movie other than it is long - and has an intermission.  Anyway, Lucas loved it.  He sat on the couch and watched all 2.5 hours of it.  Crazy.

I guess there was not a whole lot to report.  Sorry for the boring post - hilarity will follow.
